Summary: Needed to be updated and maintenance done starting at the front door. Bunk beds were wobbly, swing set was not in a safe shape.Plastic hanging off dining room light. Switch wouldn’t work on living room light. Needed a good general cleaning. Bad odor in the basement level. Just to name a few.
