The "BUNGALOW" welcomes you to fun and relaxation year around. Whether going to the beach, fishing, hunting, birdwatching, or just hanging-out, this house is equipped to provide you with a pleasurable stay just minutes from the boat ramps.
This rental unit, for $250/night, offers a master bedroom and bath with 2 full beds. The 2nd bedroom has two twin over full bunks plus there is a daybed and trundle in the Living Room, all comfortably sleeping 7 total guests. If you want to add a third bedroom with 4 twin beds, for a total of 10-11 guests in combined units, contact the owner via inquiry to check availability. The price for the additional room will $65 per night.
Amenities include a stocked pond for your "catch and release" pleasure or a nature walk; a pedal boat and kayaks moored at the dock for your use on the pond; corn hole game; bird watching of multiple species; and relaxing on the deck watching your favorite game on the outdoor TV. Don't be alarmed by the sentry geese that patrol the property-just toss them some provided corn and they will disappear. Please, closely supervise children at all times around the pond, and be aware that all activities are at your own risk.
Your, well-disciplined pet is welcome. We insist that pets are not to be allowed in the bedroom or on furniture. Please, before unleashing your dog, allow the local fowl to see your dog so they can flee to the pond for safety. If you leave, take the pet with you or crate it. The deck is gated so that you can secure your pet there, also.
A note about parking; please, do not block the parking area by parking on the straight away of the drive way. Do not drive or park in the grass to the west of the drive. It destroys our sprinkler heads. Be mindful of other guests needing to get by without shredding up the yard to get out. Parking to the west of the house in the grass is acceptable.
There are security cameras outdoors. These surveil the yard, and are not armed during your stay. We mainly use them to birdwatch while we are away.
