3 Bedroom House in Eastport, Annapolis

Our renovated 3 story house is located on the peninsula of Eastport, Annapolis. We are across the street from a small marina and have views of Back Creek. With 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, we sleep 6 adults or older children. We are an easy walk across the Spa Creek bridge into downtown Annapolis, but why bother when you can visit the excellent bars and restaurants in Eastport itself. Davis' Pub, featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is less than 200 feet away and a variety of local and nationally known restaurants such as Chart House and Ruths Chris are a very short walk away on the small Eastport peninsula. Parking is on-street but unlike downtown Annapolis, it is easy to find a spot.
Please note: this house is not suitable for young children or pets. We have steep stairs and fine rugs and furniture.

Summary: Will stay here again and again. House was exactly as pictured/ listed. The owners were accommodating and helpful from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. Beds were cozy, towels were soft and the kitchen was well stocked. Fun to walk to restaurants and pubs in the area. We decided to rent a car last minute and it was always easy to find street parking. Highly recommend this property!
