The Newport Condominium has a beautiful water view of Spa Creek in Eastport. This condo is tastefully decorated with carpet and includes a queen sleigh bed and a Queen size soft pull-out bed in living room. Condo overlooks boat docks, the historic Carroll House and St. Mary's Church. Newport is a secure building with free parking spaces provided, but you will want to walk to the many restaurants, historic areas (State House) City Dock, and shopping in Annapolis Harbor. Great location for romantic getaways, visits to historic Annapolis, the Naval Academy and Navy Football games!

Summary: This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed - and helpful! The condo furnishings are very high quality and the entire unit is well and tastefully decorated. Hint: if you follow golf, you will love the theme - as I did. I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay - it is small by comparison with two and three bedroom places, but for one or two people it's ideal!
