Welcome to “SUNSETTER”. A fabulous 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Beach House, only one house off the ocean. Located in Surf City on Long Beach Island NJ. This Oceanside home has beach access at the end of the driveway with no streets to cross.
The house was renovated and furnished by a professional decorator to provide a relaxed and beachy feeling. There is an all-new modern eat-in kitchen. Cathedral ceilings in the Great Room (living room, dining room and kitchen), and also in the Master Bedroom Suite. Ceramic tile in all living areas and Pergo wood floors in all four bedrooms.
3 new televisions plus new appliances and furniture throughout house. WI-FI High-speed cable internet! Master suite features a king bed and sitting area with couches and love seats and a private bathroom.
The second & third bedroom have a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a twin bunk plus an additional twin bed. The Living room has a couch and love seat.
The house is a two-story, ranch-style home which has central air and gas heat with numerous decks and plenty of large windows for beautiful views of the ocean.
The house has plenty of off-street parking for your convenience plus a new outdoor shower. The home is located at the end a beach block just a few steps from the beach (one back from the ocean) with no street to cross to get onto the beach.
House is close to miniature golf, many family activities, kid-friendly restaurants, ice cream stands, bicycle rental stores, etc.
The house is conveniently located close to the causeway at the entrance to LBI and 30 minutes from Atlantic City with its Famous Boardwalk and World Class casinos, 1 hour from Philadelphia and hours from New York City.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$750 refundable security damage deposit
Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

House is available for seasonal rental from Memorial Day to after Labor Day and weekend rentals in May and June and after Labor day. Ideal for one or two families to share or for weekly or seasonal group rentals and/or special weekend getaways.
