The house is situated on one of the few lots in Surf City with old growth cedar trees and is a short 3 block walk to the ocean and 1 block from the bay. Some great local spots within walking distance are the Surf City Yacht Club, Surf City Hotel, Surf LBI, and many more shops, attractions and restaurants.
Spend the day at the beach with beach badges included and then come back to relax on the wrap around deck with stunning sunset view.
