The space
Perfect place for big families. This is our family vacation home in Florida, every detail was carefully thought as our dream home where we can spend memorable times, mixing luxury and beach life. All bedrooms were furnished to provide comfort and enough space, like a 5 star hotel. We want to give you more quality than quantity.

Enjoy your private mini resort in the backyard, where you can enjoy relaxing in the private pool, make a perfect Bbq or just chill and relax in the pool beds or the sofa set enjoying some Margaritas or your favorite cocktail. Fisher and/or boater paradise! You may fish in our private dock or park your own or rented boat in front of the Villa! Can you imagine spending the day in the sea and returning home in your boat? Yes, you can make your dream come true.

Escape from the noisy and crowded beaches, enjoy and relax in the idyllic beaches of Lauderdale by the Sea, located 2 miles away from the Villa, just 10 minutes drive. Lauderdale by the Sea is a family oriented beach with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars around. If you enjoy a fine dining experience go to a fancy night club or bars, you may go to Las Olas located 15 minutes from the Villa.

You will be located 15 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale Airport, and 35 minutes away from the Miami International airport.
Other things to note
You will be required to send your photo ID, and all the guest's as well, and sign a lease agreement, due Fort Lauderdale requirements. Failure or refusal to complete these steps does not make your reservation eligible for a refund.

Quiet hours begin at 10pm-7am per Fort Lauderdale’s noise ordinance, and during the day it is required to be inaudible any noise from 50 ft away of the property. Should the police be called to deal with a noise complaint, or should we deem it prudent, all violators will be evicted with no refund. We take our relationship with our neighbors seriously, we know them, they are our friends, and rely on you, our guests, to keep noise at a minimum to reduce impact on our neighborhood.

DRUGS ARE COMPLETELY PROHIBITED, including RECREATIONAL DRUGS AND WHAT MOTHER NATURE GIVE US AS WELL. Any drug is consider ILLEGAL in the State of Florida, and in our place as well. If police or neighbors complains about the use of drugs in our property, you'll be evicted without a refund.
The is a family oriented neighborhood, so vacate it like it is your own home.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS OVER YOUR GUEST TOTAL! NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AND NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES A LIGHTER IN POOL AREA!!

Our property manager is 5 min away from the property.

If you choose to ship packages to this property. You will be doing so at your own risk and hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

By booking you acknowledge the following additional rules and possible fees:

· There are 2 outdoor cameras in place, and a security alarm monitoring service. It has their own network system and use our Wi-Fi system as well, so if the internet is disconnected the Security company will send a technician ASAP and if the technician found it was disconnected on purpose by the guests you will be fine for $90.00 + Taxes which is the cost of the visit of the technician.

· Host must be updated when guest count changes before arrival, after arrival no changes are admissible.

· Host must be aware if guest is booking on behalf of other and will not be present.

· Additional cleaning fees $250.00 will apply if there is smoking inside the property.

· Additional fees will apply if items other than toilet paper are flushed down the toilets.

· Guest are welcome to request early or late checkout and we will try to accommodate your group as long as another group is not coming in that same day. The early or late check out fee is $100.00

Please note that this property is surrounded by trees, reptiles and bugs are normal during all year, but specially on Summer and part of Spring. There is a pest control company contracted, they do their duties to keep the property in the best condition, but is Florida, so reptiles such as lizards, iguanas, palmetto bugs and spiders may be seen in the backyard or in the dock. Although these bugs are typically seen outside, If doors are left open for any length of time, it is a possibility that they will welcome themselves in.
The lizards are very fast and intimidating but completely harmless.

We have a pool care company that do their duties every Tuesday, so you may see him every week cleaning and maintaining the pool. The lawn care company also goes to the property every Tuesday.

The photos are not showing the pool fence, but there is one in place for child security in ordinance to the city of Fort Lauderdale. Also you may find a fire estinguisher in case of fire and 5 minute away to the Holy Cross Health Hospital in case of an emergency.
