This Villa is located 15 minutes away from Manhattan. This bright and spacious 5 bedroom Villa provides 3 full bathrooms, and 3 half bathrooms. This Villa is gated and is suitable for families looking for quality time together, or simply a relaxing getaway. The Villa has about 4000 sf and sits on two acres of land. A large heated outdoor pool is also available. There is a gas and charcoal grill available. Host does not live in property, Guests have access to the entire Villa.This villa offers two levels with a huge yard. On the first level you will find a nice sized bar and a gaming room that converts into a hall where you can set up tables and chairs which we can provide for your events. There are also two half bathrooms, a kitchen and a laundry room. As you walk outside you will find your self in a mini oasis in the middle of the city equipped with an underground pool that is 12ft deep. This pool features a diving board, a jacuzzi and a slide. As well as an outdoor lounge where you can hang out have a picnic and take pictures in the beautiful landscaping. There is also a large parking lot in the property. On the second level you will find five bed rooms including the master suite equipped with a king size bed and a sun room that has a seating area and dinning table. There is also a master closet and a bathroom with a steam shower and doulbe vanity. This floor also features four more bedrooms with a total of six beds, three bathrooms, a spacious living room with three sofas and a huge kitchen with a brand new appliances.

Summary: Property was dirty - mouse on glue trap in game/party area; trash on lawns, in pool; dead leaves and cut branches flooding yard; broken umbrella; food/drink left from other people; hot tub was unusable Not ready at check in - they were moving a refrigerator in/out, so the fridge was still wrapped and not ready to use for hours; pool was green so not usable until the next day Some safety concerns - turn onto the driveway is right off the highway; only lock from the pool area entrance is a simple sliding bolt that enters the rest of the house; people we didn't know showed up to the property a few times while we were there (landscaping, others) Bedrooms were nice enough, but we came for the amenities. Requested a refund of the cleaning fee due to the state when we arrived, and owner did not refund.
