The Upstairs and Outside spaces are connected perfectly via private-covered stairway that leads direct into your backyard space. You'll have 40+ feet of waterfront fenced in yard w a Big 6-7 person J-280 Jacuzzi w ultraviolet cleaning cycles, a dock, a sandy beach, Bose Music system, 2 lifeguard stands, picnic bench, loungers, Misto misting machine fan, outdoor shower, 3 kayaks, pedal boat, paddleboard, fishing, crabbing, swimming, floating, PRIVACY. Beach gear for the public beach only 4 streets direct to ocean. Basically, everything you need for a getaway, tucked away in the perfect spot, 1/8 mile from the Seaside Boardwalk, too.
Upstairs, you are set up in a very private, open view, VIP super suite w 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. And the bathrooms are styled out with tile work and are upscale. The 2nd bathroom has double sinks with a changing room, heated toilet seat ;), w a coded outside entrance. You are able to Kayak, pedal boat, paddleboard, and more, without having to be in open water. The lagoon is protected. This water is deeper and cleaner than most of the Bay waters.

It's Shorely PERFECT! The Ortley Beach, Public Beach Entrance is directly up the street with no zig zagging, 3 blocks. This rental is in a great spot; ideal to get to the beach, boardwalk, the bridge to get ON & OFF of the island, you can bike/take Bay Blvd 1/4 mile and you are in Lavallette.
