Situated just steps away from beautiful Bloody Point Beach, you will revel in the breath-taking views from your penthouse villa with wraparound balcony. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean while dolphins frolic in the surf and sea birds dive for their latest meal. Take an early morning walk on the pristine, 3-mile-long beach and see nature at its best. You might even be lucky enough to find a momma sea turtle’s tracks in the sand after she’s crawled ashore to lay her eggs!
Daufuskie Island, located between Hilton Head Island, SC and Savannah, Georgia, is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, Calibogue Sound, and Intracoastal Waterway. The island is approximately 8 square miles of maritime forest, beaches, historical sites, unique artisans, a community farm, several restaurants plus a wide array of flora and fauna.
Located at Sandy Lane, Sea’Clusion Villa is a top floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1,890 square foot penthouse retreat overlooking the swimming pool with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. It sleeps six, so there’s plenty of room for your family or friends. The property includes an open concept living and dining room area with cathedral ceilings, recessed lighting, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, electric smooth-top stove, microwave oven, crockpot, blender, toaster, and both Keurig and drip coffeemakers.
The condo comes with "starter" supplies for your vacation! It is stocked with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (a total of six), hotel sized shampoo/conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, three dish washer pods, three laundry pods, a 3oz bottle of Palmolive, one sponge, two dish towels, three trash bags, and a 1.75oz bag of coffee.
Master Bedroom #1 has views of the ocean and access to the balcony. This room features a king-size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub, and separate shower.
Master #2 has a king-size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, tub, and separate shower.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with sink and shower.
Outdoor accommodations include two rocking chairs and a dining table with 4 chairs on the beachfront balcony. The rear balcony, which features a view of the island’s tree cover, has a settee and dining table with 4 chairs.
Additional amenities include cable TV, high-speed internet, full-size washer and dryer, Pack ‘n Play and highchair/booster seat for the little ones, hair dryers, board games, six beach chairs and assorted sand toys for the kids along with access to the Sandy Lane swimming pool and barbecue gas grills/picnic area.
