All bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Main bedroom has Aircon and a ceiling fan, wardrobe & your own private balcony with a small outdoor setting to sit & relax and enjoy the ocean views you have. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have ceiling fans & a wardrobe in each. Bathroom has a shower /tub combo & toilet.
All lounge, kitchen and dining areas are downstairs & are an open plan along with the laundry which has a auto top loader washing machine, iron, ironing board and the second toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped & has all you will need including a Air Fryer, 2 burner electric stove top and electric wall oven.
Dining area also has some ocean views and the lounge area has a large screen TV ..
The front smaller patio area also gives you some ocean views and full pool views.
Your own1 bay only Carport and clothes line are situated at the back of the villa.
You will still see the magnificent Sunsets from this back villa.
