This spacious end-unit Town House is located just two miles from Bethany Beach and is adjacent to a preserved Rehoboth Bay estuary. The house has 3 levels; 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is a large deck with views of the preserved wetland and has a nice rear and side-yard space. Vacationers will have access to both a community pool as well as a boat launch to Rehoboth Bay; just down from a marina. You will enjoy walking to area shopping as well as restaurants and the famous Fractured Prune doughnuts. Freshly painted rooms and decor will get you in the beach mood as soon as you arrive.
The ground floor has a spacious Den/bedroom with a sliding door to a patio and a full bathroom. This room has a Trundle daybed and a futon.
The main living floor has a deck off the spacious kitchen, a large living area and a powder room. The 3rd floor boasts 3 bedrooms. Summary: Home is fairly big and the 1st level bedroom/bathroom is nice. We liked the location, easy to get to main road/grocery stores etc. You can tell that the home is a rental and community pool is small for neighborhood size. Had to pickup the house key at real estate office, might be nice if key/lockbox would be at the house. Overall this was a good deal and house and we enjoyed our week long stay.
