Bishop's Landing features two shared outdoor pools, clubhouse with Ping-Pong and pool tables, fitness center, tennis courts, summer beach shuttle, walking trails, and catch-and-release fishing.

The first floor offers a bright and airy open floor plan. The living room has two-story ceiling and stacked windows for lots of natural light. From here, you can access a screened patio with comfortable seating and unobstructed views of the pond. Back inside, the living room also features an Alexa-activated 75-inch smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and a gas fireplace. The beautiful open kitchen has upgraded cabinets and countertops, and modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. You can find a double oven with five burners and a griddle for making eggs, pancakes, grilled cheese, etc while using other burners and a 3-in-1 combo coffee maker that can brew carafe or individual cups using Keurig pods or ground coffee. This floor also offers a private primary bedroom featuring a silk woven rug imported from Kashmir, a smart TV, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a designated vanity with a mirror. There is a separate den with a 65-inch Fire TV with an HDMI cable for gaming.

Upstairs is a second office located in the loft area. The primary bedroom on this floor is furnished with French-built Ligne Roset original furniture. It also offers an en suite bathroom.

Summary: Stayed at this house with two families and a single. Plenty of space for all of us. The community is nice. The neighbors (many are full-time residents) are great and very nice. They were quick to say hello and recognized us wherever we were. The closest pool is great. Music and plenty of seating. There's a small gym as well that's local along with an open space with a TV and small library. Travelling with kids, the outdoor space was perfect. Being a corner lot gave us loads of grass space for whiffleball. Two ponds were great for catch and release fishing. Kids loved it. No outdoor seating meant no takeout crab, which stunk. Small grill, but it worked fine. The outdoor seating (screened porch) was awesome to have. The seats were less than comfortable, so we doubled up the cushions. That worked. The property itself inside was great with one exception. The kitchen was stocked with quality materials. The bathrooms were nice. The decorating is great (maybe too much white for a family rental!) The layout worked well for all of us to not be on top of each other. TVs were fine (we never really used them much). The only issue is the beds in the master and the upstairs low bed. These look really nice but were ROUGH to sleep on for the week. No matter what we tried, it never worked. It's a big deal to never get a good night's sleep. Overall, we would stay again but the bed situation is why we made this a 4 star.
