This lakefront house sits across the street from the beautiful Cassadaga lake. It’s a nice peaceful place for a couples getaway or to get together with family and friends.
Even though located in the village this house offers great privacy while being centrally located to restaurants, ice cream shop ,golf course ,convenient stores & much more .
You can enjoy cooking In the kitchen or on the grill. Inside there is a dining room table that seats 6.
Relax watching tv or playing board games in the living room(s)
Each bedroom has a queen mattress with supplied bedding. There is one master bedroom on the main floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs. You’re responsible for pack and plays bedding if using.
Full bathroom on the main floor with bathtub. Half bath on second floor.
Washer and dryer in basement.
There is a dock available where you could access the lake to go swimming, kayaking or tie up a boat.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house with nice spacious partially wooded backyard.
Please stay off of neighboring properties, docks & shorelines.
No private gatherings are permitted.
Only the people on your reservation are permitted on the property during your stay.

Lily Dale is within walking distance.
Cassadaga Village Beach is 1/2 mile away and is open from dawn until dusk. No swimming allowed if lifeguard is not on duty. But may use playground & courts. Has free parking & access.
Golf course & Restaurant is just on the other side of the lake.
Ice cream, brand new sportsman shop, dollar general, gas stations, antique store are a quick drive/walk within the village.
Other local restaurants: Whiskey Hill Saloon & Stockton Hotel
If wanting to drive around for the day Southern Tier Brewery or Distillery & Big Inlet Brewery is within a 30 min drive
