Main level features open living areas featuring a designer kitchen ( beautiful Quartz and Granite countertops) with a generous kitchen island and black stainless steel appliances. Open den, dining, and office area along with a half bath. You will love the two covered decks overlooking the spectacular views on this level. Upper level offers a den with its own private deck area and a primary bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings, its own walk-out deck, and walk-in closet. The master bath comes with a tiled shower, and stack washer and dryer, walk-in closet.
Lower level features a den with office or entertainment area, Small kitchenette with refrigerator and sink ( perfect for storing ice and drinks easily accessible to the dock or outside area). 2nd primary bedroom with its own tub/shower bathroom, and 3rd bedroom with additional bathroom in hallway adjoining the 3rd BR. 2 new HVAC units (one services the lower level and Main, the other is just for the upper level. Walk out from the lower level onto the generous concrete patio. This lot is so fabulous with views all around as you enjoy the primitive outdoor rock firepit area and the dock area. Docking is a covered boat slip with a generous stationary sitting area and a floating dock. The deep waterfront at the dock measures over 20 feet deep.
