Our guest unit is a part of the big house on the basement level, but with private entrance which included private bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and a kitchen with all appliances. In-unit heating and cooling system with remote control. Enjoy also outdoor fire pit, grill and amazing relaxing hot tube. New comfortable memory foam mattress, 52" TV with regular channels, Roku, Netflix, games, good signal of internet and computer table (perfect for remote working). Also we can provide additional bed, car seat, stroller, high chair for babies or toddler by the request.

Summary: Nice size, very clean and a very freindly host. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. If we are going back to the area we would stay there again.
