Spend your next vacation relaxing in this beautiful coastal style townhome located in the amenity-rich Bishop's Landing neighborhood, only a short drive from downtown Bethany Beach. This home provides open concept living with the kitchen, living area, and dining area all flowing together. Guests can enjoy meals by utilizing the well-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a large island, small kitchen table, and large dining table to provide ample seating for guests. The living area has a sectional sofa and flat-screen television. A half bath is located on this floor as well. The property is now dog friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will apply. Inquire about bringing your dog to this wonderful home!
The second floor offers a large master suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and a master bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, one with a king-size bed and flat-screen television and the other with two bunk beds (twin on top, full bed on bottom). The additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
Bishop's Landing is located in Millville only 3.5 miles from Bethany Beach. The current community amenities include an Olympic size pool, children's pool, tennis facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and Club House. The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to downtown Bethany Beach. The shuttle service runs Thursday - Monday between 10 am and 6 pm. Summary: We enjoyed our stay! The size of the house was perfect for our family. The drive to the beach was quick, and we loved the pools located within the community. Our two small dogs enjoyed their stay as well!
