Renovated throughout with three bedrooms and two full baths. This kid-friendly home has a large fenced yard with a swing set, play area for the kiddos, and lots of extra amenities with families in mind. Comfortable outdoor dining area with fire pit and gas grill. Just steps to restaurants, shopping, and bars.
The beach is officially open and we have passes for you! The house has two passes and each pass is good for 4 guests. These passes are irreplaceable, so we ask that you are very careful with them and return them to the hook when you are done with them. Passes Not needed in the winter. We also provide a ton of beach necessities - beach chairs, a wagon to haul your stuff, a beach umbrella, and games/beach toys. All of it is in the blue shed by the swing set, we just ask that you clean it up and return it where you found it before you check out!
