You will hardly believe your eyes when you step foot into this beautifully decorated vacation home. Not only is the location to die for, the home itself will leave you feeling you have truly escaped to a tranquil retreat.
INSIDE THE HOME:
This 2-story home nicknamed "The Birds Nest" due to the array of birds that surround the lush property will leave you feeling relaxed in no time. The main floor has a bright open floor plan with a Chef Kitchen that includes a Sub Zero refrigerator and Viking Stove. Large dining table inside and dining available on upper deck. The master bedroom on the main floor includes a mounted 65" tv. Second bedroom has a queen bed and attached screened in porch. Third bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle to sleep 3 comfortably. The Fourth bedroom is private outside access including a full size bed ( note: this room doesn't have air conditioning, but a fan is provided), television, mini fridge, sink, and microwave.

Bedroom #2: Queen bed on lower level
Bedroom #3: Bunk bed with trundle to sleep 3

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy each night at the firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs just off of the lush Koi Pond with large and small Koi fish. Lots of frogs around the pond that children love to interact with. Upper deck is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, television, bird feeders and dining area. Lower deck has an all season pool table for entertainment. Steps from the property is a Sunset viewing area overlooking Lake Michigan. It is a "must do" when visiting. Private community also has Tennis Courts and private Lake Michigan beach. You will see deer roaming the area
Parking: Private driveway is long and can fit four cars. Street parking is also available.
Public beach access will allow for private launch of jet ski's. Please note: Can launch and unlaunch between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm. And trailers will need to come back to the house, no parking in the beach parking area for trailers.
THE LOCATION
Ahhh, the private beach is walking distance from the rental or you load up the golf cart and drive to the beach. Beach is not crowded so you can relax with friends and family. Sunset view park is steps from the rental.
Downtown South Haven is a 10 minute drive. This is your classic beach town community with specialty boutique shopping and eclectic eateries. Enjoy a stroll through the charming boardwalk community, shops, farmer markets, or spend your day soaking in the sun at the large public beach.
Downtown Douglas is a 10 minute drive. This charming town has art galleries, dining and festivals throughout the summer.
Downtown Saugatuck is a 15 minute drive. So much to do and see in Saugatuck: Sand Dunes, Art stores, award winning beaches, extensive boutiques, ferry rides, boat rentals, golf, kayaking and wine tasting.
