Lawton Villas is close to Harbour Town with its scenic Yacht Basin, signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. Our villa is less than a ten minute walk to one of South Carolina's most beautiful beaches, and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the ocean, casual dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. If you prefer a pool, Lawton Villas has a family friendly pool, available to residents and guests, less than 100 yards from our front door. If you want to explore the Plantation, there is a bike rental shop in Sea Pines.
Our villa is close to 2,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath ground floor villa near the 4th hole of the Ocean Golf Course. There is also a bike/walk path to the Plantation Golf Center, where you can tee off for either the Ocean Course or Heron Point, and also has a driving range. Sea Pines has an excellent tennis facility within biking distance, that's home to the renowned Smith Sterns tennis academy. There is also a fitness facility close by.
Our villa is all ground floor, including a spacious living room and dining room leading to the rear patio, fully equipped newly renovated kitchen, and laundry room. There are three large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and full bath.
Our villa also has a 'Carolina' room which has a high definition TV and leads out to a lovely shaded backyard. Our villa is also wired for high speed Wi-Fi internet service. We have a front patio as well which is great for your morning coffee.
