Off of family room is a screened in porch for additional living space with comfortable seating and a beautiful backyard view where you can enjoy morning coffee while listening to Cape May’s amazing birds. The home sits in a lovely, very walkable neighborhood. 2 blocks to the preserved state park beach with its gorgeous beach trails for hiking and exactly a one-mile trek to Cape May proper (Broadway Beach) where you can set down your beach chair and enjoy the sun, sand and ocean. The Washington Street Mall with all it has to offer is easily accessible on foot, by bike or the evening jitney service. West Cape May too has its own vibrant community with a choice of restaurants and shopping all with in a 2-5 block radius of the property.
