This condo at the top of the Hilton Hotel is perfect for entertaining while attending events in Lexington such as the Breeders Cup. Two master suites and a spacious living room include a large built-in bar for the best experience in town, perfect for attending ballgames, Concerts, Keeneland, or a nice dinner. The Space: This beautifully appointed downtown condominium offers 1472 square feet of space, perfect for entertaining while attending Lexington events or just to escape and enjoy a nice dinner and evening on the town. You will have access to the entire condo (as well as hotel pool, hot tub and fitness area). The condo features two Master Suites, both with king beds, full baths, and plenty of closet space. The entertaining area features solid built in bar area (stocked), a sitting area with sectional couch and seating for plenty. A big screen tv with cable and free Wi-Fi will add to your enjoyment while visiting. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire condo. There is a private elevator to this private floor. Guests do have the ability to buzz other friends up who are in the lobby. The Neighborhood: Downtown Lexington has plenty to offer anyone. This condo is walking distance to University of Kentucky basketball games, the Lexington Convention Center, the Lexington Opera House, a number of quality restaurants, the Lexington Children's Theather and Explorium, Cheapside park to enjoy live music, food, and drink at Thursday Night Live (Thursdays during the summer) or the Farmers Market (Saturdays year round), a number of bars and clubs, and Triangle Park. You are minutes away from the University of Kentucky campus and Transylvania University campus and is also the perfect place to stay when visiting Keeneland and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
