A true retreat, Set on 5 acres at the edge of Woodstock, the huge backyard is set up for relaxation and play. There is a stone firepit for use all year, and a gas grill just off the deck.

4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large kitchen and dining area. Sleeps 8 adults very comfortably.. An extra child or two would be comfortable here, too. There is AC in the bedrooms.

The large kitchen shares space with the long dining table, so family and friends can easily enjoy meals together. The woodstove makes for coziness during cold months. The living room has a TV, and there is WiFi for use with the Internet and cell phone.

The master bedroom is upstairs all by itself and sports a large en suite bath with a huge tub and with a showerhead if you prefer not to soak. Tne other three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two have en suite baths with shower/tub combinations, and the third bedroom is where you'll find the fill-size washer and dryer.

The house is 15 minutes from the center of Woodstock and about the same from the center of Phoenicia. If you like to ski, you're well on your way to Belleayre.

There is a separate guest house next to the main house (separate structure) which is leased to a single person who stays at the guest house every now and then (her main apartment is in Brooklyn NY), however, all amenities and the backyard are exclusively available only to the renters of the main house
