There is a 30'X80' roller hockey rink/basketball/pickleball court. Swing set with 4 swings.

Located 5 minutes from downtown Windham and Windham Mountain. Hunter mountain 20 minutes away. Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby.
The home is three levels with 6 Bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4 indoor fireplaces. Mitsubishi split air conditioning units in three 2nd floor bedrooms.
Main Floor:
-Chef's Kitchen with a Wolf 6 gas burner, griddle and two ovens. Two dishwashers, beverage/wine refrigerator, large island with prep sink and soapstone countertops and copper range hood.
-Dining Room table can seat twelve.
-Large Great room with gas fireplace, flat screen smart TV.
-Large Mud Room with washer and dryer and clean up sink.
-Powder room.
-Access to large deck from dining room, great room. Deck has two high tops and seating area for 6-8 people.
-Covered porch has table that seats 10, gas grill and Ooni gas pizza oven.

-Pub room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Wet Bar, Microwave Oven, Drawer style refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.
-Great room with gas fireplace and direct access to outside through four sets of sliding glass doors. Ping pong table, Air Hockey and Foosball table. Smart TV with cable.
-Bunk Room with four full size bunk beds
-2nd Bedroom with queen bed and sliding glass doors to outside.
-Jack and Jill bathroom accessible from Bunk Room and 2nd bedroom.

-No large parties with express permission of owner. Local noise ordinance restricts outdoor noise after 10 pm.
-No hunting or use of firearms on property. No ATV's, snowmobiles.
