3 Bedroom House in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island
There are not many places like this home that are less then a 10 minute walk to the beach that have a pool, and on a lake. We have games and activities for all the ages and everything you need to make this a memorable vacation. We will provide coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards and more. We have a sun room overlooking the pool with a wet bar and an arcade game with 60 of the old school games (Ms. Pac Man, Frogger, Battleship among others). This home has a primary suite with a king bed, another bedroom with two queen beds and one with a queen bed and a trundle. This home has a total of five TV's with a 70' tv in the living room and 50' TV in the master suite. Our kitchen has commercial grade appliances.
2023 upgrades include the primary bathroom remodeled and the entire interior of the house was painted.
We just added a pool heater and a pool cooler for those hot summer days.
We only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
