This 4,000 square foot home, with an open kitchen/great room, and wrap around deck, also has a newly finished lower walk-out level with additional bedroom, full bath and living/game room. Floor plan designed to take advantage of the gorgeous views and private location. First floor Master Bedroom has views over the Lagoon, ensuite bathroom & leads directly out to a beautiful deck. Five new flat screen TV's installed throughout the house including in the new lower level entertainment area- a mega 65-in flatscreen TV. You will enjoy the lower level deck, outside shower and stone patio to relax and dine for your lobster and clam bakes, along with a grill and fire-pit for your s'mores. Summary: What a beautiful property! We visited over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time at this incredible home. It is so cozy and decorated to a high standard plus the view is simply magical. The property owner and manager were also both super responsive and helpful for any issue we had. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
