Summary: I think it is difficult to have a property for rent when you cannot physically oversee the condition. There were some amenity issues that were annoying (chairs that were unsuitable for sitting; No lights in one bedroom, had to keep the closet light on; dishwasher was not secured to counter). We were able to walk to our event however.
