Fabulous outdoor heated pool, 7 person hot tub on attached deck. 3 BR, 5 Full Bath's (Jetted tub), Newly Expanded open floor plan, 2 fireplaces, firepit, grill, large outdoor patio, screened porch, sleeps 6. Large backyard with volleyball, football, badminton, bocce, croquet, and ping pong. About 700 feet to Tanglewood Music Center. Across the street from shared Stockbridge Bowl beach with raft and our own private boats. 3 TV's (1 - large curved), office amenities, kitchen paradise.
Wine fridge is stocked. Tanglewood wagon with cooler, blanket, chairs, plastics. So many surprises above and beyond. Upper level 2 large bedrooms with private baths, Main level, Master bedroom suite with private bath and fireplace, office bedroom with full hall bath, Great Room with fireplace, super sized kitchen seats 12. Lower level BR with private bath, rec room with fireplace , laundry area.

Summary: We spent a lot of money to stay in what looked like a great house. However, the property was very poorly maintained. -pool area was run down and water was dirty. Unusable. -bedroom Air conditioners were not working properly. window units were installed last-minute in two of the bedrooms, the other two bedrooms were still hot & humid. -some areas of home were not cleaned properly. Full pot of coffee left from previous renters. Cup rings on surfaces. -rodent spotted in kitchen. -two toilets were not working properly. -basement was damp and flooded during a rainstorm. -Location was amazing for Berkshire activities, and the living room was nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine.
