Our Villa Alani is located in a very quiet and naturally grown location in the southeast of Cape Coral on a plot of almost 1000m². Despite the quiet location, the popular shops in this part of Cape Coral, the proximity to doctors and Fort Myers (only about 5 minutes by car) are extremely friendly. This is exactly what characterizes the southeast of Cape Coral and prompted us to settle here. You can get to the Caloosahatchee River in about 20 minutes without having to go through a lock, which leads to the open sea.
The floor area of our Villa Alani is approx. 265m² without the outside terrace and the pool area. The extra large pool deck with an additional approx. 160m² offers enough space for our beautiful pool with overflow and whirlpool. So there is no need to compromise when it comes to the space required for sun loungers.
We have set up Villa Alani personally and with a lot of passion. The set-up was done in the same way that you feel comfortable from the start. This is very important to us because we will also spend our vacation in our house. The furnishing style will be modern, cozy and high quality, but definitely not futuristically cold.
Bedroom:
The Villa Alani has three fully furnished bedrooms. The highlight of every room is the DIRECT access to a personal bathroom (see bathroom for equipment). Both in the master bedroom and in the second bedroom there is a comfortable king size bed, which offers enough space and relaxing sleeping experiences. Both rooms face the pool area and are of course accessible from the terrace. Nothing stands in the way of a pleasant dip in the pool in the morning. Try it. In the third bedroom there are two separate single beds, each with their approx. 1 meter wide lying areas, which are perfect for both children and adults. There is a modern flat screen TV in every bedroom.
Bathroom:
Each of the three bathrooms is directly accessible from the associated bedroom without having to leave the bedroom. You will love this privacy protection. The master bathroom has a shower with a glass door (no curtain !!!) additionally a Grohe rain shower with a separate hand shower for a pleasant shower experience. There is also a bathtub in this room that invites you to relax. Double vanities with high-quality granite tops and a large mirror as well as wooden bathroom cabinets complete the impression. The toilet is located in a separately lockable room with a window that is accessible from the master bathroom.
The second bathroom also has a shower with a glass door and a Grohe rain shower with a separate hand shower. You will find enough storage space on the granite slab in which the sink is embedded. The toilet fits perfectly between the shower and the vanity. Under the vanity there are the same wooden cupboards as in the master bathroom, which offer you enough storage space. The third bathroom is identical to the second.
Living room:
The living room offers space for a comfortable three and two-person sofa and a separate armchair, which give a perfect picture with the harmonious living room and TV table. Matching lamps are also available. In addition to a large TV, you and / or your children can pass the time on Playstation 4 and have another opportunity to spend unforgettable evenings. The glass doors to the terrace can be pushed open completely around the corner and offer the entire room an incomparable width.
Travel:
Next to the entrance area is an area that we have equipped with a pool table. Test your skills and improve yourself during your stay at Villa Alani. Fun is guaranteed.
Dining room:
The dining area overlooks the pool. A large wooden table and six chairs invite you to cozy dining in a pleasant atmosphere.
Kitchen:
Right next to the dining area is the eye-catcher of the interior, the kitchen. It consists of an island kitchen area with two sinks, dishwasher, various cupboards and a continuous upper counter, which you can also sit down with 4 high chairs. The electric stove, the large American fridge, freezer incl. Ice cube makers and the microwave fit perfectly into the wooden cabinet fronts with drawers.
Garage:
The garage was built as a triple garage with two electrically remote-controlled gates. Two cars fit side by side in the double garage. In the separately lockable single garage there are all the things you will need for your sporting well-being. B. Beach deck chairs, tennis rackets, two golf bags (right-handed), etc. Tools are also available in case something breaks. There is a connecting door between the garage and the interior of the house, so that you do not necessarily have to enter the house from the outside.
Utility Room:
Behind the connecting door is the utility room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, a tap, storage space and cupboards. From here you can access the living area.
Office:
In the unlikely event that you have to withdraw to work, there is a small office with a desk that can be locked with a double door.
Lanai:
In the covered terrace area, the so-called lanai, there is a large table with six chairs. B. can organize a cozy barbecue. Next to it are lounge furniture with a fire table. So the day can end well. All outdoor furniture is made from modern rattan. An outdoor kitchen with a built-in multi-flame gas grill and sink with water connection is also planned. Probably from January 2019.
Pool area:
The eye-catcher of the outdoor area is undoubtedly our beautiful, modern pool with overflow (infinity edge) and the adjoining whirlpool, which you can have bubbled as you like, as you like. The water splashes out of the whirlpool via a small staircase into the pool. 6 comfortable loungers with cushions and parasols are available for sunbathing. The pool has an entry staircase with a handrail, is sloping and also has a small bench from which you can look over the infinity edge to the canal. You also have the option of using a tablet to make the pool's LED lighting shine in different colors according to your individual preferences. Let your creativity take over your mind and body. The entire pool area is protected against all types of insects with a screen. So you can enjoy relaxing evenings in the light without getting to know the local mosquitos. The screen has extra large windows so that there is no impression of a “prison”. That was very important to us. Two doors are installed on the side, through which you can access the boat deck.
Boat deck:
Another highlight of Villa Alani is the boat deck, which is located on the quay wall in front of the pool area. Since you don't need a boat license in Florida to drive a stately motorboat here, it would be a sin if you didn't borrow a boat during your stay. The boat deck has a boat lift, which gives you the opportunity to access the boat on three sides. There is also a separate lift for a jet ski, with which you can have a lot of fun on the river or off the islands.
Villa Alani offers you and your family or friends an unforgettable time of stay with great comfort. The guest is literally king with us and should feel comfortable.
Furnishing:
In the villa you have all the utensils you need for housekeeping. A 100% list would go beyond the scope at this point. Just as an example: dishes, cutlery, dish towels, pots, pans, glasses, coffee machine, shower and bath towels, hair dryer, bed linen, ironing board and iron, high chair, baby bed, etc.
There are also several beach chairs, a cooler bag, parasols and beach toys for the little ones and those who are young at heart. Two kayaks (single seaters), with which you can comfortably explore the local channels, as well as tennis rackets and 2 right-handed golf bags (full set) are also available.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house. Free phone calls within the United States are also available. Calls outside the United States are billed based on the actual effort.
The smallest is also catered for with a baby bed and a high chair, as well as plastic dishes. The outside area is secured with a pool alarm. Should your child gain access to the pool deck unnoticed, an alarm signal sounds immediately.
