Thoughtfully updated from top to bottom, it features a welcoming living room and a modern kitchen with all-new appliances on the first floor, along with a convenient half bath. The second floor includes two bedrooms and a full bath, while the spacious primary bedroom occupies the entire third floor. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and blinds, and the many windows invite in natural light, fresh breezes, and stunning sunrises.
Relax on the peaceful porch and take in the serene views of the meadows and bay. There’s ample off-street parking, and a storage shed stocked with kayaks and beach chairs for your enjoyment.
