Located in the heart of City Park West, within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. This historical apartment can be found in a beautiful Victorian styled building on a quiet street. The interior has been recently renovated and furnished with modern pieces that highlight its aesthetic. One will surely be comfortable in this classic and roomy spot. After arriving, guests will never want to leave The Spacious Sanctuary. The Space: Wake up to the beautiful light that pours through the large windows in the bedroom... or utilize the curtains to sleep in a little bit longer. Regardless, the Queen bed will leave any guest well rested and feeling like they can take on a new day. After waking up, guests can utilize the fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans for any of their food needs - including a delicious breakfast. Meals can be enjoyed at the high top table or outside in the spacious backyard. After a long day of adventuring around Denver, guests can utilize the parking spot in the back of the secured building. Thinking about bringing a friend or two along? They can also have a peaceful night's rest on the pull out sofa in the living room. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the private parking spot, front foyer of the building, entire apartment, washer and dryer in the basement and backyard. Interaction with Guests: My home is professionally managed by a property management company and will be available 24/7. The Neighborhood: City Park West is a smaller neighborhood that is bordered on the west by Downing Street, on the north by 23rd Avenue, on the east by York Street, and on the south by Colfax Avenue. Most of the unique, historical homes were built around 1920 to 1940. The commute to Downtown from City Park West is very short, which is one of the many reasons the location is so highly desirable. There are two bigger parks located near the apartment, City Park and Cheesman Park. Along the way to either of the parks, one can find a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and retail shops. Getting Around: For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go. Other Things to Note: We are open to hosting guests for longer stays. If you're interested in a long stay with us, please message us with your dates and price range. We always try to make something work for all of our guests! There is one dedicated parking spot in the rear of the building that is shared with all four units inside of the building.
