It’s within 30 minutes of the Gulf Coast’s best beaches, including Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and Siesta Key. Only ten miles from Sarasota airport (SRQ) and about one hour from Tampa airport (TPA).

Colorful and cozy townhouse with brand new flooring throughout, all new kitchen appliances, new furniture and mattresses, and newly upgraded bathrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with gorgeous views of the lake. The townhouse is an end unit, allowing guests more privacy. Furnished with beach chairs and beach towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
