Positive: The location was perfect, there were tons to do nearby. Our family traveled from TX to participate in Cooperstown 2025. The breakfast cook (male) was awesome. He was very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The hotel is extremely outdated. There is a bad odor, especially in the rooms. The beds are not queen size as listed, the carpet is old and the restroom smells moldy. The restroom fan did not work, so the walls and ceiling stayed wet from condensation. The parking lot is very dark. I did not feel safe walking outside alone, it could definitely use some additional lighting.
