Summary: The rooms and beds were better than the photos listed. Spacious bunks which made our party of 9 comfortable. The location is right by the beach and the main strip which made our beach days and shopping in the evening very convenient. We didn't need to drive anywhere once we arrived. The house is well stocked with items and has a nice porch. It is located right by the L street Tavern which means it gets very loud at night with the live music and the drunk people outside. There was a fight that broke out on the last night we were there. Other than that it was nice to sit outside and listen to the music before bed. There is no yard but plenty of parking. Overall it was a lovely stay and perfect for what we needed. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating.
