★Layout★
The first level consists of the two car garage and full over full bunk beds with a full bathroom (shower) en suite. The second floor consists of the living room and dining room, complete with sectional sofa, workspace, dining table for 8, half bathroom, and barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The third floor consists of the primary bedroom with king bed and full bath (shower), guest bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom (bathtub), and stackable washer and dryer. The fourth floor consists of the guest bedroom with twin over twin bunk beds and twin daybed, and an outdoor rooftop featuring a beautiful view of downtown.
★Parking★
Please park in the garage. There are two spaces available.
★The Neighborhood★
Located in a sought after pocket of vibrant East Nashville called McFerrin Park, you'll be just blocks from some of Nashville's best restaurants...The Pharmacy and Red Headed Stranger, just to name a few. You'll be just down the street from East Nashville's Five Points area, and only 5 minutes from Downtown with easy interstate access to tons of other great neighborhoods.
★House Rules★
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Located in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of East Nashville, you`ll be less than 2 miles to tons of East Nashville staples, such as the bustling Five Points area, the Pharmacy Beer Garden, Southern Grist Brewery, Red Headed Stranger, Top Golf & Titans Stadium just to name a few. When you`re ready to venture to downtown broadway, hop in the car for 10 mins (or 3.7 miles), and experience all the nightlife that Music City has to offer!

It is the Guests’ responsibility (that’s you!) to report damage that is caused to the Property during your stay. The vacation rental Damage Waiver is not insurance, but instead an agreement by Stay Local Nashville, Inc., to replace or repair unintentional damages up to $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in total to the rental unit’s interior. Damages that qualify for this agreement must occur during a Guest’s reservation, be disclosed to management prior to check out, and the Damage Waiver must have been paid in full prior to arrival (don’t worry, it’s wrapped into the cleaning fee!). Any damages that either exceed $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars), are not disclosed prior to check out, or are deemed intentional, will be charged to the credit card on file, through the Airbnb resolution center. The Damage Waiver does not include theft or intentional or negligent damage and will not be covered by this fee and the Guest will be liable for all costs associated with intentional or negligent damage.
