The Space:
When you pull up on this beautiful white house just minutes from the beach you will first notice the quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking in front of the house. Enter through the front door into the living room with a large L sleeper sofa. On your left is the King bedroom with a private attached full bathroom and spacious closet. Attached to the living room are the dining room and spacious kitchen. After the kitchen is a queen room with beautiful pool views and a futon. To the right of the kitchen is the Queen over full bunk bed room with a private attached bathroom. This room also connects to the green space entryway. Towards the back left of the house is another queen bedroom and hall bathroom. This queen bedroom connects to the pool area. The gem of this house is the outdoor pool area in the back. Exit the back of the house to an inviting table area under the pergola. You will then be welcomed by the large pool and second pergola with a comfortable sitting area which includes a grill and outdoor cooler for your use. To your right are the hammocks and the third sitting area under the palm trees. There is also a beautiful putting green to the right of the pool and a garden area. The washer and dryer room is around the back of the house. This is a very large and spacious property. It includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is a putting green and amazing lounge areas. It includes a large private pool and 2 pergolas. An outdoor sitting area, hammocks, and BBQ zone.

The Neighborhood:
The house is off Sunrise Boulevard in the Park Ridge neighborhood which is next to Victoria Park and Flagler Village. It is a short drive to the Beach (2 miles total, and less than 5 minutes). Holiday Park is across the street from the house, which includes every sport imaginable (tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball, football, soccer, baseball, biking trails, dog park, hockey, basketball, and outdoor gym). It is a short walk to Publix for all grocery needs. Very close to Sunrise middle school pickleball and tennis courts.
Getting Around:
Uber, bikes, walking, or car. You can comfortably park 5 cars in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
The pool is private! It is not heated. Pool does not have a night time light
