Summary: Older home that has potential but curb appeal is non existent. Landscaping would go along way. Once inside property is better than one would imagine from the outside but not ideal limited counter space in bathroom, ad says ac but is a swamp cooler and some doors are damaged ie scribbles, broken hinges, peeling faking paint etc. host has spent obvious time and effort in updating but still has some improvements to make. Location is fantastic everything we needed wanted was close by.
