A five minute walk down the beach leads you to the Rosewood Miramar resort offering spa treatments, beach services, and a Michelin-starred restaurant. A short drive lands you in downtown Santa Barbara for more award-winning dining and shopping options.
This home dates back to the early 1900s and was originally a “day shack” for sun worshipping beach goers to take refuge on hot summer days. Enter on the upper level with a unique pitched ceiling and skylights with large bay windows centered on the ocean. The Living and Dining Rooms meld together anchored by an open Kitchen extended by a deck featuring glass railings for unobstructed views. The lower level rooms were designed to feel like the staterooms on a yacht. Please note that during certain seasons and weather patterns, there isn’t always a sandy beach directly in front of the home. However, a short walk will offer a sandy place to relax and kick off your shoes.
