Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a bathroom. For the winter months there is central heating.

Located at 500m from the historical centre of Alcúdia, very close to all services, being able to access on foot to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, visit its beautiful streets, the bi-weekly market, the surrounding wall or the roman city of Pollentia. The beautiful beaches of Barcarès, San Joan and Sant Pere are only 2.5 km away, being very close to a total of 8 beaches.
