The apartment is located in the Heart of Downtown Jersey City - a 5 minute walk to the Grove Street PATH Station, which takes you to the World Trade Center in 7 minutes or to 33rd St NYC in 14 mins. The Space: 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with all the essentials including: -Fresh linens and towels -Kitchen with all the basics -Wifi -Heating and air conditioning -Coffee and tea selection -TV with Netflix for streaming shows and movies -Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap -Hairdryer, iron, and more Room details: Living room (downstairs- sleeps 2)- Sofa bed- double size when folded out, comfortable chair, coffee table, smart TV with Netflix Kitchen (downstairs)- Refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, table with 4 chairs, kettle, plates, mugs, bowls, utensils, pots and pans, cutting board Bedroom #1 (upstairs- sleeps 2)- Queen size bed, blackout shades, dresser, 2 nightstands Bedroom #2 (upstairs- sleeps 2)- Queen size bed, blackout shades, dresser, 2 nightstands Bedroom #3 (upstairs- sleeps 2)- full size bed, blackout shades, nightstand Bathroom (downstairs)- shower, toilet, sink, mirror Guest Access: You will have the entire apartment to yourself and we offer self check-in any time after 4 pm. Early check-in may be available if no one is staying the night before for an additional $50. We will let you know the evening before your arrival if early check-in is available. The neighborhood: The apartment is located 15 minutes from downtown Manhattan. All the necessities are within walking distance of the apartment including grocery stores, parking garages, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars. Getting around: Grove Street PATH train is 5 minutes away which will take you to Manhattan. Ferries to Manahattan are also available from the waterfront. Citibike bicycle rental is available in Jersey City, which also covers Manhattan bike rental. Other things to note: The PATH train to Manhattan is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. This train is two stops from the World Trade Center and also stops in the West Village and Midtown. Parking options: There are several paid garages within walking distance of the apartment that we will send you with the check-in instructions. The building does not have parking and street parking is only permitted for up to 2 hours in most areas of Jersey City. Interaction with guests: Our concierge team is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure you have a great stay. We can easily be reached via SMS or phone. Contact details will be provided with your check-in instructions. Guest Policy -Check-in is any time after 4 PM. -Guests are not allowed to book a stay in their city of residence. -All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by parent or guardian. -No parties, no events, and no outside visitors or overnight guests that are not stated on the reservation -We do not have a 'children stay free' policy. All guests over 2 years of age must be included in your guest count. -Pets are not allowed on this property. -Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. Including downloads. -Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our properties are pest-free and we intend to keep them that way with your help. Security Deposit, Cancellation Policy & Fees -All bookings require a security deposit of $300 or more. Guests must provide a credit card to be authorized for this amount within 24 hours of booking. -If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. -No smoking. A violation of this policy will result in us charging your $300 security deposit in full. -No loud noise after 8pm. This property has strict quiet hours after 8pm. A violation of this policy will result in a fine starting at $300 up to cancellation of your reservation. -Return all keys. We will charge a $25 fee for each lost key. -If a property is left overly messy, we will charge $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required. -If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $50. -This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance. Safety & Liability -For security purposes, we require submission of a government-issued ID and a copy of your credit card to confirm your reservation. You must complete this within 24 hours of booking. We only require an ID and credit card from the person who booked the reservation. Other guests do not need to submit a copy of their ID. A link to our ID verification platform will be provided at the time of booking. -If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. -Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
