Summary: Property is good with ample betdrooms and bathrooms and a great gathering space. It was quiet and neighborhood is fine. Some thought kitchen utensils could be better organized. Had to put batteries in main BR remote and no remote in amother (back) BR. Charcoal grill works, bit needs charcoal grate/tray replaced - it has corroded through. We could line with foil and make it work. Asked about beach gear in the house before travel, but did not receive a response. Turns out there were several beach items there. Overall, very good visit and property. We would certainly stay there again.
