Summary: Check in was quick and easy, front desk was nice, very professional. We chose this hotel because of the location, came to Gonzales to spend time with family for Christmas. We checked in and put our bags in the room and left to go to festivities at family members home. When we got back, which was late. We noticed small things, indicating the room wasn’t cleaned well. Gum stuck on the glass partition (window that separates the desk and the bed). Toilet paper holder had dust on it, crumbs on the side of the night stand, the floor felt sticky and the shower had broken handles. Looks like had broken handles/missing fixtures. Are family previously said here and definitely won’t be coming back.
