This is located to the east of Papago mountains. The privacy and peace you have in this desert oasis feels like a dream. Large tv in living with plenty of seating space for the whole squad. Families, there is a popcorn maker and a large dining table and breakfast nook for your little ones. We have a desk area for staycation operations.

Other things to note
You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

•Please do not flush anything else besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. or any non-flushable wet wipes. Any items discarded in the toilets during your stay will incur a charge of the costs of the plumber's trip and service fees for time spent.
*For the safety and convenience of guests and our property, we have installed outdoor security cameras, smart door locks, timers, and thermostats which are all connected by Wi-Fi. Please DO NOT remove/unplug the Wi-Fi modems and routers in the house. Removing/unplugging these will result in $300 fine which will be automatically charged to you for the cost of the service trip and time spent to reconfigure these devices.
Please: No Smoking anything, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows.
DISCLAIMER: We have two security camera (Ring camera) on the front door facing the garage and the backyard camera facing gate. They will be on during your stay
POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $300 fine for damages
No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.
No lifeguards will be on duty.
Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.
IMPORTANT: Please note below, if this falls within the days of your stay we apologized for the inconvenience:)
1. Pool guy was scheduled every Tuesday
2. Yard people come once a month to maintain the yard.
3. We hired a 3rd party company called Can Monkey. They were tasked to pull out the trash at the curb every Monday morning for regular trash and Tuesday morning for recycling. They will come back in the afternoon to return the trash bin to where it is originally placed.
