Located in Allisonia on the New River, the cabin is about 10 miles (15 to 20 minutes) from Claytor Lake State Park, around 18 miles (25 minutes) from Radford University in Radford, and roughly 27 miles (35 to 40 minutes) from Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg.

This cozy river cabin is set on a quiet street with easy walking access to the New River Trail and a launch site about 1 mile away for kayaks, canoe, or tubing. The main level features the living room with Roku TV, a dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen with both a regular coffee maker and Keurig. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom that includes a walk in shower and clawfoot tub, plus a convenient half bath off the common area.
Upstairs, the second level has two large guest bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and a full over full bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has two queen beds and a twin bed. These bedrooms share a nearby bathroom on this level.
The basement level is a fun hangout space with a Roku TV, foosball table, and ping pong table. Bedroom 4 is on this level with a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and clawfoot tub. Extra pillows and blankets are stored in the bedroom closets.
Outside, guests can use the gas grill and enjoy the yard and surrounding area. Kayaks, tubes, a canoe, and life jackets are stored in the shed and available for guest use. For safety and security, exterior cameras are located at the front door, back access point, and one facing toward the walking trail. The breaker box is located in the garage and can be accessed by guests if needed.

asked to leave on the second violation.
