Just a short drive to Churchill Downs, Riverfront, Whiskey Row, and Valhalla our home is tucked away in the prestigious Estates of Hunting Creek neighborhood where the sounds of birds, trees rustling and corn sway. Enjoy time canoeing or walking the trails of Harrods Creek, visiting the many well known distilleries, eateries, coffee shops, or shopping in town. Settle in at home with meals in the stocked kitchen, drinking coffee on the back deck with the most beautiful sunrises, outdoor games such as soccer, basketball, or corn hole, gather around the fire on the patio, grill on the Weber or spend the day smoking meat. In the basement you will find a movie area and ping pong table along with many board games. On the main you’ll find the large sectional to watch sports, movies, and streaming channels on the frame tv, an office space, guest bedroom, and the laundry room. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with large master bath, three other bedrooms plus two full bathrooms. Each bed and bath stocked with linens. Our home is ready for a family to enjoy the toys galore with also baby supplies such as crib in one of the bedrooms. Bed space for 10 but plenty of space for air mattresses (1 provided)
