5 minutes from UBC by car or bus, or 10 min on the forest bike trail. 5 blocks from West 10th eateries, cafes, and shopping. 15 blocks from Spanish Banks famous beaches. Private bike/gear storage available.
Polished concrete floors offer uniform ambient heat (no carpets) controlled with a NEST thermostat. This space is perfect for visiting professors, two adults or a small family with it's two full-size bathrooms and king and queen size beds in the bedrooms.
