Resort access is available for a one-time fee of $35 per stay for groups of up to 12 guests, and $45 for larger groups exceeding 12 guests. NOTE: This is optional

*GUEST POLICY:All guests (including visitors) must be declared. A fee of $25 per undeclared guest/day applies.

- ALTERATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Stay adjustments (shortening stay, reducing guests) must be requested at least 1 week before check-in. Late requests are non-refundable, and partial refunds are limited to 50% of the original refund amount.

Bi-weekly cleaning required ($250 per cleaning).
