5 Bedroom House in Ashville

Beautiful and peaceful lakefront cottage that has been updated and enlarged for relaxing and entertaining. Central Air Conditioning. Secluded neighborhood is away from busy roads and is great for morning/evening walks. Great dock, fire pit on patio and fireplace inside!
The space
This is not a cramped sleep 8 - this is a 5 bedroom house - 3 on the second floor and 2 on the first, with plenty of room to relax. We limit to 8 to keep the neighborhood feel. Our location is rare - our streets do not have traffic because there are not cut thrus to bigger roads. Great for walks. Giant stamped concrete patio with fire pit overlooks our 50 foot of lakefront. Dock for morning coffee or evening wine and room to dock a boat (must use public access for boats.) New second floor bath with jacuzzi tub and separate vanity area and heated floors. New custom built in breakfast nook/wine night looks out over the lake. 50 inch plasma with cable, netflix and hbo to go. Gas fireplace. Wifi. We have put much love and investment in to create a stylish and comfortable lake get away!

Southern Tier 7 minutes away with great bar/restaurant. Many great wineries, restaurants and pubs in driving distance. Just go out a little earlier than usual most stuff closes up around 10. Wegmans grocery store 10 minutes away in lakewood. Our favorites are: Souther Tier empty pint, Guppys, Brazil's, Landmark (upper scale), Scallions, Asheville General Store.

Summary: This house was a great rental house. The location on the lake was nice. We had paddle boards and were able to use them from the dock. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioning was a welcome when it was humid and hot outside. There is plenty of lawn furniture to be able to sit comfortably outside. Great property and would love to visit here again.
