Summary: Please read the description carefully. We rented this house thinking we would have access to the whole property. Be aware that there are people living downstairs in the basement. The description says we have access to the entire 1st and 2nd floor, but some of the rooms were locked or closed off. There was no half bath in 1st level, so you would have to used bedroom bathrooms upstairs. I had to call owner to get bathroom essentials even though the description stated this would be provided. Over all cleanliness, there were some candy wrappers in the main living room area on the floor. House needs overall dusting and swept. Since we shared this house with renters downstairs, we felt we had to be quiet during our time there. The renters also took parking in the driveway, so it made it difficult if you had more than 2 cars parked in the driveway as not to block the renters car. Overall we would probably not book this rental again, esp if you have kids. We felt like we would disturb the renters living in the basement.
