Summary: The information on Hotels.com stating that this hotel is only a 6-minute drive from Bergamo Airport is completely misleading. In reality, it takes more than 19 minutes to drive there, and the location is in the exact opposite direction of the city center. If you arrive on a late-night flight, taxis at the airport charge over €70 to get to the hotel. I discovered this issue before my trip, but the hotel refused to offer any compensation or refund, and they did not even apologize! As a result, on the night of our arrival, it took me nearly two hours just to find a taxi with a reasonable fare to reach the hotel.We had booked a quadruple room. When we arrived late at night, the electric kettle plug in that room was unusable, and the toilet flushing mechanism was broken and could not flush at all! Fortunately, the staff member who received us moved us into two double rooms instead. Overall, the stay experience was not ideal, and the hotel facilities were basic and outdated. However, the staff's attitude was quite friendly, and they were willing to do their best to help!
